![]() When you are done and turn your A/V/malware scanner back on, be sure to allow the NirSoft utility when it is found by either/both of your scanners, as when they find it, they will all pretty much quarantine it, then you can tell it (I hope…) to allow it to stay on your system. I whip out the NirSoft utility and when it finds their email password…they usually say, “Oh…that looks familiar”. I have to use this a lot for clients when I have to set up a new email app on a new system, and like you, they have no idea of what their email password is…they keep asking me what it is, LOL. ![]() ![]() Your A/V scanner/malware scanner should also be OFF when you run the utility, as it will immediately try to kill it and remove it. When downloading this, you will probably have to turn off any A/V or malware scanner, as this utility will usually set them off as “malware” (and it IS NOT). It says it can find passwords for Outlook 2010. I'm using IMAP and STMP but don't not if numbers and port authentication is correct. I've tried to do account set up again, but when I do test send and receive, it's nothing but errors. I have done something to my outlook app that won't allow me to connect anymore aol emails.
